Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with director and farm manager
- Clean and manage data gathered on the farm (seeding and harvest, maple, integrated pest management, good agricultural practice, organic)
- Create annual harvest research reports, sustainability reports, and other requested data reports as needed
- Update farm website and newsletter
- Generate outreach materials for semester events and student projects
- Research grants and educational opportunities at the local, state, and national level
10 hours per week.
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if they work multiple jobs on campus simultaneously. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year, and may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
