As a vital resource for school communities, you'll provide leadership and support for students, families, and educational staff.

Qualifications and

Experience:
  • BCBA certification required and current state licensure
  • Previous experience in school environments, ranging from elementary through high school
  • Familiarity with developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Effective communicator with students, teachers, administrators, and families
  • Organized, flexible, and passionate about helping youth succeed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for individual students
  • Guide and train staff on implementing behavioral strategies and supports
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Facilitate meetings with educators and parents to discuss outcomes and recommendations
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment across multiple grade levels
  • Maintain all documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
