Job DescriptionClara Martin is looking for master’s‑level clinicians who enjoy working with children in a school‑based setting for the upcoming school year. Open positions are located in the Chelsea, Tunbridge, and South Royalton Schools in the White River Valley School District.
Essential Functions- Provide engagement, family and individual psychotherapy, supportive counseling, treatment planning, case management, and clinical assessments to students in a public‑school setting.
- Partner with guidance counselors, teachers and other school staff to create, nurture and support a therapeutic relationship with referred students.
- Utilize best‑practice models of care to maximize student engagement and achievement at school, as well as healthy family relationships.
A master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field is required, with 2-3 years previous counseling experience with children, teenagers or adults.
