Job DescriptionGreen Mountain Tech is seeking a collaborative and innovative Math Specialist for the school year. Desired skills and responsibilities of the Math Specialist include the following:
- Collaborative design and implementation of school-wide strategies for integrating math concepts across Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.
- Collaboration and coaching with program instructors on the teaching and assessment of applied math skills and concepts.
- Development of authentic, real-world learning experiences connected to technical programs and workforce readiness.
- Coordination and administration of ACT Work Keys assessments.
- Analysis and use of student performance data to guide instruction and intervention.
- Direct student instruction and academic support.
- Build strong and supportive relationships with students and create positive and inclusive cultures and learning environments for all learners.
