This role focuses on promoting legally compliant, high‑quality Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and processes by monitoring timelines, reviewing documentation, and supporting accurate reporting. The CCT fosters inclusive practices and equitable access to learning by embedding compliance standards into team decision‑making and by equipping educators with the knowledge and tools to develop student‑centered supports aligned with OSSU’s Strategic Plan. This full‑time, school‑year position is under the collective bargaining unit of our teachers.

OSSU is also seeking an additional part‑time (0.50 FTE) Compliance Consulting Teacher for a candidate seeking part‑time employment.
