Job DescriptionRandolph Union is a 7-12 school serving three central Vermont towns. With a strong and supportive administrative team, progressive teacher leaders, a highly regarded Project Based Learning Lab, and an Innovation Center, RU is a dynamic place to be an educator.
We are seeking a well-qualified educator to join our innovative, student-centered team. The home base for this position will be in our Innovation Center. The candidate will coordinate with our STEM team to strengthen the STEM program and work with classroom teachers to increase innovation and STEM opportunities across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate and communicate effectively with a co-teacher.
- Operate or learn to operate laser cutters, 3D printers, vinyl cutters, and associated software.
- Collaborate with Math and Science teachers to develop overt connections between high-interest Innovation Center activities and classes and to deepen learning.
- Maintain a dynamic, creative space with an emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
- Apply project-based learning and differentiated instruction models in the Innovation Center space.
- Either maintain a teaching license in Math, Science, or STEM, or meet the requirements for a provisional license in one of those areas.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with technology tools mentioned above.

Salary: $54,730 to $93,041 Per Year
