The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the daily operation of our school. As a member of our small, welcoming, and close-knit community, you will work closely with students, staff, families, and community members. This position serves as the hub of school operations and is often the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students—making you the face of our school.

The Administrative Assistant supports the principal, faculty, and students in a wide variety of daily responsibilities, including managing duty schedules, assisting students with everyday needs, coordinating communications with parents and community partners, and ensuring the smooth operation of the school office.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.

Westshire Elementary School is a preK-5 grade public elementary school in the Rivendell District. The district is located near Dartmouth College and Dartmouth‑Hitchcock Medical Center, with access to the picturesque Upper Valley and surrounding lakes.
