The Windham Southwest Supervisory Union is seeking a compassionate and dedicated highly qualified Paraprofessional to provide support for students with special education needs. This position involves working closely with students to assist with academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills, while collaborating with teachers, service providers, and families to ensure individualized educational goals are met. Job Requirements- Education/Certification:
Must possess an Associate’s degree (or higher) OR have passed the Para Pro Assessment. Alternative:
Candidates who do not currently meet these criteria must successfully complete and pass the Para Pro Assessment within six (6) months of their hire date as a condition of continued employment. - At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
