Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full‑and part‑time positions are available.

Job Specifications

Starting wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more through teaching incentives.

Employment type:

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift type:
Full‑time and part‑time hours available; full‑time instructors may have variable schedules.

Minimum age: 16 years or older.

Housing availability:
Available.

Job Responsibilities
  • Teach group and private lessons.
  • Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
  • Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests.
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment.
  • Support ski‑school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Willingness to work with guests of all ages, comfortable with children aged 3 years and older.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
  • Placement contingent upon successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
