Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in K-12 settings, particularly elementary, middle, and high schools
• Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and collaborating with educators and families
• Ability to interpret data and create actionable plans for student support
• Compassionate approach and excellent communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and assessments to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop, document, and help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Serve as a resource to staff and families on student development and mental health concerns
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights to help guide interventions
• Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as required
• Maintain confidential records in accordance with regulations and district policies
