Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed? Lyndon Institute is seeking a dedicated Para educator to join our collaborative and student-focused high school team.

• Provide instructional support to students in classrooms and small-group settings
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment
• Support students with varying abilities and learning needs
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree, para-pro certification or relevant coursework preferred)
• Working knowledge of IEP’s and 504’s
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to student growth
• Experience working with adolescents or in an educational setting is a plus
