Join Our Team as a High School Para educatorAre you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed? Lyndon Institute is seeking a dedicated Para educator to join our collaborative and student-focused high school team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide instructional support to students in classrooms and small-group settings
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment
- Support students with varying abilities and learning needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree, para-pro certification or relevant coursework preferred)
- Working knowledge of IEP’s and 504’s
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to student growth
- Experience working with adolescents or in an educational setting is a plus
- Meaningful work that makes a daily difference in students’ lives
