Implement curriculum through classroom activities grounded in developmentally appropriate practices and aligned with early learning standards;
Plan and lead individual and group age appropriate activities that actively engage children and promote social, cognitive, emotional, and physical development;
Communicate frequently and effectively with parents through informal discussions, progress updates, and parent teacher conferences;
Maintain a healthy classroom environment, including appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards, and ensure the safety and security of all children;
Supervise and collaborate with an Assistant Educator to establish a cohesive and effective teaching team
