Mt. Mansfield Union High School is seeking a skilled individual to work as a Specialized Assistant:
Campus & Student Support. This position will promote a safe school environment by establishing positive relationships with students and being a visible presence on campus. The role also involves supporting Social Emotional Learning and providing Just-In-Time Behavioral Support. It offers an exciting opportunity to work with students and staff in various settings.

• Establish strong working relationships with students and staff.
• Monitor the campus by foot.
• Promote student responsibility for behavior and attitude by serving as a role model.
• Intervene in situations likely to result in disruption to education.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow of students through hallways, assisting timely arrival to class and assigned locations.
• Assist with supervision during breakfast and lunch periods, morning arrival and afternoon dismissal of students.
• Collaborate with building administration to monitor dynamic situations.
• Protect confidentiality of information.

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $21.44 to $28.11 per hour
