Job DescriptionHyde Park Elementary School is anticipating the need for a licensed teacher to provide direct instruction to students on IEPs. The Special Education Interventionist fulfills the role of special educator in all aspects of the position—including teaching various ability levels, progress monitoring, data collection, and behavior support—with the exception of facilitating, drafting, writing IEPs and conducting special education evaluations. The goal of this role is to fully deliver services outlined in IEPs and bring excellent intervention services to our most challenged learners.
Qualified candidates will possess, or be able to possess, a Vermont Teaching license. LNSU offers a generous salary and benefits package and is an EOE.
