Mt. Mansfield Union High School is seeking a skilled individual to work as a Specialized Assistant:
Campus & Student Support. This position will provide for a safe school environment, through establishing positive relationships with students and being a presence on our campus. This position will also be assisting with Social Emotional Learning and Just-In-Time Behavioral Support. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to work with students and staff in many different settings.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Establish strong working relationships with students and staff.
• Monitor the campus by foot.
• Promote student responsibility for behavior and attitude by serving as a role model.
• Intervene in situations likely to result in disruption to education.
• Ensure a smooth traffic flow of students through the hallways, assisting students with on time arrival to class and to assigned locations.
• Assist with supervision in the breakfast and lunch periods, morning arrival and afternoon dismissal of students.
• Work with building administration to monitor dynamic situations.
• Protect confidentiality of information.
