Thetford Elementary School is seeking to hire a Social-Emotional Learning Coordinator/Dean of Students starting July 1, 2026. This is an administrative position.
The Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Coordinator/Dean of Students is the individual primarily responsible for building-level student behavioral support and remedial services delivered either individually and/or in group situations, including behavioral referrals, parent contact and restorative practices/consequences, as well as coordinating consultation with other professionals. Apart from the day-to-day work that directly impacts students, they deliver professional development for staff, support the building level interventionists, and are a team member of the school’s Student Support Team.

Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Vermont counseling license, or other license in the field, such as social work, school counseling, school psychology, or Vermont Principal license. - At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
