Job DescriptionBFA Fairfax seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated High School Special Educator to join our team. We seek an individual with exceptional teamwork skills who can work collaboratively with students, staff, and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. As a critical team member, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IEPs that address academic and social‑emotional needs.
The role includes providing direct instruction to students within and outside the classroom. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this position.
