Location: Springfield

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This unique opportunity covers a full district, serving K-12 students in four school buildings just outside vibrant Springfield, VT. Dive into a rewarding role for the  school year, supporting educators, families, and—most importantly—the learners themselves.

Key Qualifications
  • Current Vermont School Psychologist Certification required
  • Proven experience working with students in K-12 settings
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Your Impactful Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psycho educational assessments and interpret findings to support student development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Offer consultation and direct support to staff, students, and families around behavioral, academic, and mental health needs
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives that foster positive learning environments and student well-being
  • Engage across four school buildings, ensuring consistent and high‑quality psychological support district-wide
Role Details
  • Full‑time contract: 35-37.5 hours per week
  • Commitment runs from August 26, 2026, through June 14, 2027
  • Diverse experience working with a broad range of grade levels within a supportive district community

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.50 to $65.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here.
