WCUUSD is seeking qualified candidates to work with students at both the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. Responsibilities will include providing academic and behavioral support to students in and outside the classroom setting. Ideal candidates will have experience working with students with a range of abilities, as well as the skills to work collaboratively with classroom teachers, specialists and case managers in accordance with an Individual Education Plan.

A desire to participate in continuous professional learning is required.

Berlin Elementary School serves approximately 200 pre‑K through 6th grade students. U‑32 is a public school serving the towns of Berlin, Middlesex, Calais, Worcester and East Montpelier. The district includes five elementary schools (Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Rumney (Middlesex), and Doty (Worcester)) and one middle/high school – U‑32 (East Montpelier). It offers a wide range of opportunities for students in academics, visual & theater arts, and athletic programs.

• Associate Degree preferred OR completion of para educator training OR successful completion of the training requirements upon hire.
