  • Demonstrate proactive, trauma-informed, and relationship-centered instructional practices.
  • Implement strategies that support students' social‑emotional development, self‑regulation, and engagement in learning.
  • Collaborate effectively and respectfully with classroom teachers, interventionists, special educators, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and experience implementing a Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
  • Use evidence-based decision making to continuously evaluate instructional effectiveness and student outcomes.
  • Seek and embrace constructive feedback with the belief that continuous professional growth improves outcomes for students.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of high-quality literacy instruction, standards-based mathematics, inquiry-based learning, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.
  • Maintain a flexible, solution‑oriented mindset and contribute positively to a collaborative school culture.
