The Brookfield Elementary School is looking for a highly skilled Instructional Paraprofessional to work under the direct supervision of the Special Educator to support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in achieving their academic, social, behavioral, and functional goals. Responsibilities include providing individualized and small-group instruction, implementing accommodations and modifications outlined in students IEPs, collecting student progress data, reinforcing positive behavior strategies, and assisting with classroom management.
The paraprofessional collaborates with teachers and related service providers to promote an inclusive learning environment while maintaining student confidentiality and fostering independence, engagement, and success. We are looking for someone who enjoys being a part of a small tight knit educational community that focuses on the success of all students.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $19 to $22 Per Hour
