We offer this position competitive pay ranging from $18.50 to $29.00 per hour

As an After School Teacher, you will enjoy a flexible, on-site schedule designed to fit your lifestyle. Shifts take place in the afternoons during the school week, and for those interested, there is the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR AFTER SCHOOL TEACHEREach day, you will arrive ready to embrace the unpredictability and excitement that comes with outdoor, play-based learning. You will step outside with your students, prepared for Vermont's ever-changing weather, guiding them through discovery-driven activities in natural settings. You will intentionally shape programming around children's interests, fostering social interactions and resilience. As a vital force in your students' growth, you will manage the classroom environment, encourage curiosity, and promote safety and empathy while collaborating with a supportive team.
