The White River Valley Supervisory Union, serving ten towns in central Vermont, is seeking a part-time Multilingual Learner/English Language Learner (ML/ELL) teacher to join our supervisory union to support eligible PreK-12 students in their English language development. The weekly schedule will be developed based on active multilingual learner enrollment numbers and schools and may be flexible depending on the candidate. The candidate shall have many, if not all, of the following qualifications:

• Current (or eligibility for) Vermont teaching license with Multilingual Learner (ML) endorsement
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with students and families
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues
• Ability and means to travel between schools

Classroom Teacher > ELL / ESL / SEI / TESOL

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
