Job DescriptionCaledonia Central Supervisory Union is looking for a long-term substitute teacher. This assignment is expected to begin on 11/30/2026 and end on 01/15/2027. This position will cover the following schools:
Cabot, Twinfield, Walden, and Waterford Schools. This position includes salary and mileage payments. The ideal candidate will posses a bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent in Special Education or other appropriate discipline plus 3 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred (or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Working knowledge of Vermont Special Education Law and/or recent experience working in a Vermont school district preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations. Holds or is eligible to hold a Vermont Teaching License. Holds the appropriate endorsement(s) and meets all the basic competencies and qualifications of the endorsement(s) as listed in the Regulations Governing the Licensing of Educators and the Preparation of Educational Professionals.
Position Type: Full-time Salary: $290 to $480 Per Day
