The Middlebury College Summer Arabic School is pleased to announcea vacancy for a temporary Instructor of Arabic. The position is available during the summer 2022 session, located on the Bennington College campus in Bennington Vermont. Our unique 8-week programcombines a cultural immersion environment with rigorous daily classroom instruction. This is an opportunity to join a community of learners by actively engaging in teaching, dining, residing and leading co-curricular activities with students while reading,writing and speaking exclusively in Arabic.

• Dates to be on campus = June 20 - August 21. Lodging and meals willbe provided.

The successful candidate should possess at least a MA or PhD (ABDwith strong credentials may also be considered), strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated success working as a memberof an instructional team.
