We are a family-based early childhood education provider committed to play-based, curriculum-driven learning for children, and we're hiring a full-time Substitute Early Outdoor Educator to join us in Stowe, VT!

SUBSTITUTEEARLY OUTDOOR EDUCATOR PAY & PERKS
- Competitive wage of $18.50 - $29.00/hour

- Knowledge of and ability to comply with all NAEYC, STARS, and state childcare regulations
- Ability to build relationships with parents and use Procare for ongoing communication
- Ability to effectively communicate with all teachers and educational staff

You'll help fill the gaps on our early education team to support seamless learning and ensure students still have their needs met. This role requires great flexibility, as one day you might be with the babies and toddlers, and the next you're hanging out with pre-teens. You'll lead the students in all kinds of engaging outdoor adventures, adapting the activities to the group's age and abilities.
You'll maintain a safe, nurturing environment where the kids can socialize, explore, and learn!
