Ludlow Elementary School is seeking an innovative and collaborative classroom teacher with the ability to provide a dynamic learning experience for all students to fill a Grade 5 teacher vacancy in the  school year. Ludlow Elementary School is committed to a multigrade classroom structure.

The ideal candidate will have

• Excellent teaching, organizational, planning, written and oral communication, and collaboration skills.
• A strong background in teaching literacy and mathematics.
• Classroom management and knowledge of current instructional best practices to effectively differentiate instruction.
• Strong knowledge of how to use assessment to provide student feedback and inform instruction.
• Knowledge of technology integration as learning and productivity tools.
• Student centered focus with a commitment to the success of all students, and ability to understand and teach to all learning styles.
• Deep understanding of social and emotional learning with the ability to create a trauma sensitive classroom.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,140 to $95,940 Per Year
