- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
- 12+ years of experience with environmental reviews, mine permitting, or NEPA project management
- Proven ability to manage or prepare environmental permitting and NEPA documentation
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Department of the Interior and Mountain West States regulations
- Direct experience securing environmental permits and reviewing technical studies
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- 10+ years managing environmental permitting and NEPA documentation
- Recent hands‑on experience with relevant regulations and policies
- Expertise in pre‑NEPA activities such as surveys and data collection
- Proven success in crafting business growth strategies for mining clients
