Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $75,000-$90,000 hourly/annually, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health/dental/vision/Life and disability insurance, 401(k) match up to 6%, and vacation, sick days, flexible work.
Overview of the PositionProvide project management of multiple engineering projects, reverse engineering, and technical writing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Reverse engineer, troubleshoot, and repair various aircraft components, both electrical and mechanical, using manual and automatic measuring equipment.
- Establish measurement tolerances using accepted industry practices and/or review of next higher assemblies.
- Create, revise, and review designs using Solidworks 3D CAD Software.
- Create PMA and Repair Process Supporting Documentation Packages for submittal to the FAA and/or customers.
- Research, collect data, and work with design teams to evaluate, select, adapt, and modify techniques, procedures and criteria to solve problems.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
- College graduation with degree or demonstrated equivalent experience. Further knowledge and witnessed practice of company core values.
- Knowledge of industry related sales and marketing principles.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Has an understanding of both the Repair Station and Design and Development quality manuals.
- Ability to understand regulatory requirements for airworthiness for FAA and various foreign authorities.
- Experience in the quality control and new product development within the aviation industry.
Bachelor's degree (Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering preferred); or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager.

Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment- Frequently required to talk or listen.
- Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Works in moderate noise levels.
- Minimal travel required.
