Create, analyze and review test correlation data.
Essential Responsibilities- Create, analyze and review test correlation data.
- Develop and modify test process methods and controls to meet quality standards.
- Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for Test processes.
- Review product development requirements for compatibility with Test process methods to determine costs and enablement schedules.
- Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
- Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve Test process performance metrix.
- Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Required Qualifications EducationMaster’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field.
Experience- 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, or any IT or Electrical Engineering related job titles.
- 3 years of experience in: developing and utilizing test data analysis tools (C++, R code, Web Data, Shiny) in a semiconductor manufacturing environment;
- semiconductor manufacturing Tester control and Production control applications;
- running and debugging all Tester, Prober, and Handler platforms in a semiconductor manufacturing environment;
- Test program functionality and interaction with Test equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment;
- communicating and coordinating with cross functional teams;
- semiconductor manufacturing test process and capability.
Expected Salary Range: $103,688 – $120,000. The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
