Global Foundries (Fab
9) in Essex Junction, Vermont, seeks a motivated Metrology Process Engineer to support metrology process development and manufacturing for advanced semiconductor technologies. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize metrology processes, improve manufacturing performance, and enable high‑volume production.
You will design and run DOE experiments, develop metrology recipes, and work with suppliers to evaluate new metrology tools.
