Global Foundries is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer for the Fab9 200mm Fabricator team in Essex Junction, VT.
The role is on-site, Mon-Fri daytime, sustaining, improving, and owning photolithography processes and developing new ones across 365nm/248nm/193nm. You will work with various lithography chemicals, tool types, and collaborate with equipment, integration, characterization, and development teams to meet output targets and drive yield improvements.
