The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with electronic circuit design, PCB development, embedded systems, testing, and troubleshooting
, along with a strong interest in developing innovative precision‑engineered products.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems, circuits, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and cables.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze data, and support product validation and verification.
  • Develop hardware verification test scripts with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in the design and analysis of electronic circuits used in embedded systems.
  • Create and review electrical schematics, drawings, specifications, test plans, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with embedded software and mechanical engineering teams throughout product development.
  • Troubleshoot embedded systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, and other test equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product design, manufacturing processes, and engineering tools.
  • Work with component vendors and contract manufacturers on component selection, DFM, and PCB assembly.
  • Support regulatory and certification activities, including EMC and NRTL/CE testing.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical design discussions.
  • Provide technical support to customers and suppliers when needed, including occasional travel.
  • Ensure products comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Take increasing ownership of assigned engineering deliverables and small projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience. Co-op/internship experience or an advanced degree may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of electronic design fundamentals, including:
    • Analog and digital circuits
    • Signal integrity
    • Sensors
    • Motor control
    • Power electronics
  • Experience with electronic CAD tools, ideally Siemens PADS and/or KiCad.
  • Ability to create and interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical documentation.
  • Experience designing PCBs or providing engineering direction to PCB designers.
  • Familiarity with circuit analysis and simulation tools such as SPICE.
  • Experience selecting electronic components and working with vendors.
  • Familiarity with DFM principles and contract manufacturing.
  • Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as RS232, I2C, and SPI.
  • Familiarity with protocols such as CAN, USB, Ethernet, HTTP, FTP, Ether Net/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, or OPC-UA is a plus.
  • Experience using Python, C#, Visual Basic, or similar languages for test automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with embedded software and embedded system architecture.
  • Understanding of product development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Stage-Gate.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Why Join?

This role offers the opportunity to work on highly engineered, precision fluid dispensing and metering technologies while developing deeper expertise across electrical design, embedded systems, testing, manufacturing, and product development.
