Location: Essex Junction
Global Foundries in Vermont seeks an MTS Etch Process Engineer to develop etch processes for new technology offerings and advanced manufacturing.
You will collaborate across product development and process integration, execute experiments in a 200mm High Volume Manufacturing foundry, and benchmark best practices across GF fabs.
Requirements: engineering degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D), 5+ years in etch process development, hands-on etch tooling experience, and fluent English.
