Global Foundries Fab8 is seeking an experienced R&D engineer to spearhead advanced 3D Heterogeneous Integration (3D-HI) initiatives, including wafer-to-wafer and die-to-wafer bonding, TSV/TOV, and interposer development.
You will drive end-to-end process integration, partner with unit/process engineers and vendors, and collaborate on joint development projects to enable new capabilities and early prototyping across programs.
