Job Title
The candidate will develop and qualify eFuse devices by designing experiments, analyzing measurement data, and driving technology readiness for production applications.
Essential Responsibilities- Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize eFuse device performance and reliability
- Perform electrical characterization of eFuse structures and interpret measurement results
- Analyze data to understand device behavior, variability, and failure mechanisms
- Collaborate with design, process, and reliability teams to define test structures and validation plans
- Develop and refine test methodologies for eFuse qualification across technologies
- Drive root-cause analysis and propose solutions for device performance or reliability issues
- Document results and provide clear technical communication to internal stakeholders and customers
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Education – Bachelor, Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience - 0–5 years in semiconductor device engineering, characterization, or related field
- Background in semiconductor devices and electrical characterization
- Experience with data analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP, or equivalent tools)
- Familiarity with Cadence tools for layout and/or simulation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Travel - Up to 10%
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
- Experience with semiconductor device reliability and qualification flows
- Experience working in cross-functional teams across design, process, and test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
$85,000.00 - $
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
