- - Responsibilities:
Event Logistics Coordination:
Assist with event setup and teardown, including décor, equipment, and signage.;
Coordinate schedules for entertainers, vendors, and village operations staff as directed by the Event Director and Event Managers.;
On-Site Support:
Serve as a point of contact during events for internal and contracted staff and vendors.;
Monitor event flow and promptly address operational issues.;
Administrative Support:
Maintain event checklists and timelines provided by the Event Director and Event Managers.
