Part-Time Event Team Member

Von Trapp Brewing is looking for a part-time enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable individual to join our team for Northern VT, Southern VT, and Metro Area in MA. In this role, you'll help bring our brewery events to life—whether it's a beer release, live music night, festival, or private party. You'll be a key part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while representing our brand in a positive, welcoming way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and breakdown of events (tables, tents, signage, merch, etc.)
• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
• Pour and serve beer in accordance with state and local alcohol laws
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Represent the brewery at off-site events such as festivals, tastings, and pop-ups
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event work preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Weekend and evening availability is essential
• Knowledge of craft beer is a plus—but passion and willingness to learn is even better
