This position is for the Controller at a four-season resort, responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The individual will lead and develop a small on-site accounting team while working closely with resort leadership. Key responsibilities include driving process improvements, addressing legacy accounting issues, delivering timely and accurate financial statements and supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have controller-level experience in hospitality or multi-site environments, strong leadership / technical accounting skills and a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to relocate to Vermont and have a genuine passion for an outdoor lifestyle focused on skiing, hiking and nature.
