Key Responsibilities- Lead financial reporting and analysis across Unlock Land’s global operations, products, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and advanced financial models powering product decisions, investor reporting, and long‑range planning.
- Analyze performance of internal business units and external partnerships—delivering insights that accelerate growth and improve profitability.
- Serve as a key financial advisor to the executive leadership team, ensuring strong transparency and strategic alignment across all departments.
- Support M&A evaluations, partnership feasibility, and investor relations through clear, data‑driven reporting.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business development teams to integrate financial intelligence directly into our AI‑powered platform.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages that drive accountability and inform‑level decision‑making.
- Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency as the business scales globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in investment operations, underwriting, or asset management within the U.S. real‑estate or financial markets.
- Experience leading financial reporting and analysis in private equity, venture‑backed companies, or high‑growth technology environments.
- Strong ability to evaluate portfolio performance and communicate insights at a board or executive level.
- Advanced understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment metrics (IRR, ROI, NPV).
- Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence strategic decisions.
- High proficiency with Excel/Sheets, financial systems, and data‑driven decision frameworks.
- Passion for AI, Prop Tech, real‑estate analytics, and shaping the future of development.
