Location: Essex Junction
Clearpath is seeking an experienced individual to underwrite Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investments. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of LIHTC and strong financial analysis skills. Responsibilities include underwriting investments, managing customer expectations, assisting with deal closings, and contributing to group discussions. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in real estate finance are required.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
