The Esthetician specializes in providing services related to skin care, including facial and body treatments, salt glows, waxing as a form of hair removal, and cosmetic make-up.

Must be able to work full-time hours Thursday through Monday including all holidays.

What You'll Do
  • Provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors.
  • Provide consistent professional facials and waxing in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
  • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
  • Greet guests upon arrival.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility.
  • Maintain an accurate supply list and inventory sheet.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.

    Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management discipline.
  • Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
  • CPR Certified preferred.
  • Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to operate effectively in stressful situations.
