Overview
The pay for this position is $60,255-$75,078.7029 annually. $5,000 sign-on bonus. Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Current Vermont License (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals
- Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact children and their families
- Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges
- Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate flexibility when client, program, and/or agency needs require it
