iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont.

- Full-time, 16–32-week travel assignment
- 12-hour shifts, days
- Provide comprehensive nursing care within the Women’s and Children’s Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit, including postpartum and newborn care.
- Assist with neonatal resuscitations, APGAR scoring, and administering medications to newborns post-delivery.
- Support patients and their families through labor and delivery processes, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams utilizing Epic and Philips Intellispace systems.
- Assist with unit procedures such as IV starts, lab draws, and postpartum care, following established protocols.
- Float to assist in other units within the organization as needed.
- Valid RN license with minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience, including LDRP.
- BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS and PALS (or PEARS) preferred.
- Recent Epic EMR experience (within past 2 years) is mandatory.
- Experience with neonatal resuscitation, APGAR scoring, and newborn medication administration.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred.
- Experience in a community hospital setting without on-site NICU.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced L&D environment.
