School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP | Bristol, Vermont

A K-12 educational setting in Bristol, VT, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide support to students with diverse communication needs. This contract position is for the current school year and requires on-site presence, replacing a virtual candidate.

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a mixed caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Collaborate closely with special education staff, utilizing case management skills to support students individual education plans.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress adhering to school policies.
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student success.
• Maintain compliance with relevant licensure and regulatory requirements.

• Valid SLP license with CCC preferred.
• Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services.
• Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, but this role is strictly onsite.
• Background in special education or experience working with special education students.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to collaborative teamwork.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
• 37.5 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
