Core Medical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont.
Start date:
02/21/2026. Duration: 13 weeks.
Hours:
40 per week on 8‑hour shifts.
Employment type:
Travel.
- Provide in‑home therapy services to maximize the independence and safety of home care and hospice patients.
- Work independently while also being a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Travel to assigned locations and maintain professional standards of care.
- Valid Vermont Physical Therapist license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Experience in a home‑care setting preferred.
- Availability for a 13‑week contract travel assignment.
