As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You are a healer and helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patient needs, thrive on variety, collaborate with peers, and make referrals to ensure patients receive the highest quality service in a caring, compassionate environment.
