Pay: The pay range for this position is $20-$23.1990 per hour.

Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment!

Responsibilities

As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
  • A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
  • A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver
