• Provide direct support and care to patients in a primary care setting
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including group therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and case management
• Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling field (licensed or license-eligible in the State of Vermont)
• Experience working in a behavioral health or mental health setting
• Knowledge of gender issues counseling and sensitivity to diverse populations
• Familiarity with patient assessment tools and research methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.06 - $35.58 per hour
