Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – School‑Based Vermont
Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year across numerous Vermont school districts. Positions are full‑time, and candidates are matched to openings that fit their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule, and location. Eligible candidates include CCC‑SLPs and Clinical Fellows.

- Provide speech‑language therapy services in school‑based settings.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy through individual and small‑group sessions.
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Receptive and expressive language disorders
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Fluency disorders
- Voice disorders
- AAC and assistive communication needs
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse age groups and developmental levels.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
- Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.
- Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- CCC‑SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF‑SLP/CFY).
- Active Vermont SLP license or eligibility.
- School‑based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
